Bachelor of Psychological Science


Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy

With a dedication to helping children and families, James holds a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Adelaide. He has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents throughout his career in various programs within the not-for-profit sector. James has supervised programs in collaboration with SAPOL, Youth Justice, and the SA Education Department.

​

In his therapeutic practice, James employs diverse techniques including CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, and Play Therapy. He specialises in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, behaviour therapy, and social skills development.

Sciences Master of Speech & Language Pathology

Melissa is a valued member of our Speech Pathology team, earned her Masters of Speech and Language Pathology from Macquarie University, driven by her passion for childhood speech development.
Her clinical background spans community health, schools, preschools, and home settings.

​

Melissa excels in early intervention, blending speech-language therapy with play for interactive sessions that engage both children and parents. She also specialises in treating language and literacy challenges in older children, with expertise in the ‘Lidcombe Program’ for stuttering therapy.

 

Melissa maintains active membership with Speech Pathology Australia and is committed to integrating evidence-based interventions into her practice.

Michelle is a certified Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia and holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Flinders University. She is known for her enthusiastic and dedicated approach, ensuring therapy is personalised, enjoyable, and engaging.

Michelle specialises in assessing and intervening with children of all ages, addressing a wide range of difficulties. She works closely with individual clients across diverse settings, prioritising collaborative
goal-setting with families to deliver high-quality services.

​

Her areas of expertise include speech sound development, early language intervention, social skills enhancement, expressive and receptive language therapy, and improving speech fluency.

With a Bachelor's in Speech Pathology from Flinders University, she excels in various clinical environments. Chelsie specialises in early intervention for children, incorporating play into therapy for engaging experiences.

Dedicated to continuous learning, Chelsie remains updated with evidence-based practices. She adopts a collaborative approach, partnering closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to maximise outcomes.

​

Outside of her profession, Chelsie is a pivotal player for Adelaide United Women's Team, showcasing her versatility and determination internationally. Her passion for success drives her in both speech pathology and professional soccer,
as she eagerly pursues new challenges.

His areas of expertise include paediatric speech therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and fluency disorders.

 

Sachiel is particularly passionate about empowering individuals to enhance their communication skills and foster meaningful connections, utilising an approach that considers each client's unique needs and goals.

 

Through collaboration with families and other professionals, he strives to create tailored interventions that promote lasting progress.
